At OL-Service LLC, we aim to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. However, we understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our tours and services.
1. General Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Refunds are provided based on the type of tour, timing of cancellation, and any non-refundable deposits or fees outlined in your booking confirmation.
We strongly recommend reviewing your booking details carefully before confirming, as some trips may have strict non-refundable components.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of any payments minus a small administrative fee (if applicable).
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment.
3. Cancellation by OL-Service
If we must cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
We will notify travelers as soon as possible and offer alternatives where feasible, such as rescheduling the trip or transferring to another tour.
4. Partial Refunds / Changes During Trip
No partial refunds are given for missed activities, late arrivals, or early departures from the trip.
If a specific activity or portion of a tour is canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or other uncontrollable events, we will attempt to provide alternatives, but refunds may not always be available.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
Include your booking reference, trip name, and reason for the cancellation.
Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Special Considerations
Certain trips, private tours, or promotional packages may have unique refund terms stated in your booking confirmation. These take precedence over the general policy.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected events that may prevent you from traveling.
